Concept Inovation seminer, organized by Taketomo Yagyu.

Good evening Everybady! Today I would like to talk about how our lives can innovate throgh CI seminor by learning what Maxvision and CI are. The most important things of CI is how different our life could be depending onwho you meet..

And we would like to give you many opportunities to enlight yourself and create human network through many activities. In this course, we have
twelve sections.

So, what can I give you? . Now we call it an information society ,but a way of thought, which is concept, is important. So, what is concept?
In school, you may have learned things like some historical people did what in which years, etc. .But ,I don’t think the school taught you what thought made people take these actions .In other wards, you learn information only, but you haven’t learn how to use these informations effectively in our daily life.

About 25 years ago, I started my own business and. I met so many people and found out how wonderful it is to learn from these people not from books and textbooks. .That is the original concept of Max Vision.

So how much are you serious about your own life? Nowadays, Japan is very safe and wealth country. And it’s not possible for somebody to die everybody. Anybody’s gonna die tomorrow? Nobody right? We are not very serious about our own life. So, I think I want this place ,Maxvision, where we can review and reconsider our lives and find you thoughts. Many of you have thought about your life, but have you ever thought about it,
seriously?  If that is the case today, So we would spend tomorrow and the day after tomorrow without thinking seriously. without thinking about life.

Now,then who do you think who deside your own life ? It’s you. Many people cannot understand this. Are you a manager? No? Maybe not, because you are student. So, who manage your own life? That’s you. Next question, What is your item that you sell? That’s also you. We play four rolls 1,Manager, 2,Manufacture, 3,items and 4,salesman. But, are you practicing by yourself to be a manager, manufacture, item, and sellsment? Maybe not. To make a successful life, you must learn the four roles very well.

But, everybody, now.real situation is that Japan is a very wealthｙ country, so even without these conｃepts, we can just live through. I’m trying to tell you to give you an opportunity about this. You are a manager of your own life. You are an item yourself. When I was young ,I had an opportunity to make really a lot of money. Then I wanted to have a fun, so I invited my friends to a dinner and paid for them many times. However when I kept doing that I felt there was a barrier being made between our friends and me. I wonder why that was. And foud out the reason. I was treating my friends with money. So they were starting to treat me like a boss in a job. That hurt me so much. So I thought about what I should do, then found the answer. At that time, I was doing many business and knew lots of know-hows, I thought it might be a good idea to treat my friends with my knowledge. So now I’m treating you with my concept. I’m investing and depositing my concept in you. So, I want you to develop your concept ,and come back to me in return .

Through my own bisiness I learned many many things like marketing, merchandizing, logical thinking, branding, communication, planning and so on. Then I found out our lives can change with these knowhows because these knowhows develop and increace your ability for sales, marketing, and merchandizing stuffs. Then I found out that these concepts can be used at personal level, not only entrepreneurial level. Concept Inovation gives you a chance and opportunity to develop yourself　and have attractive life .We often say we want to live in our own way or I want to become somebody I want .That sounds nice, but what do they actually mean? . It’s very important to live with your own value just like your fashion. So, to be yourself means your value is clear, value is real. However unfortunately many people do not find out this value. Without knowing your clear value, you actually can’t become what you wanna be. That’s could happen. Nextly, to understand what you wanna be ,you have to look up in your own future like what you want to do, what you can do, What you should do, like that.

Then when you want to know what you want to become, it is necessary to know about yourself. So you have to be very positive about Self PR , because there is for free. Who dosen’t make self PR when it is for free, right? Therefore, in case you’re given an opotunity to give self PR, you need to practice and brush up your own Self PR in advance, You’re runinnig your life just like runinny a company. So without burushing your self PR, your your life maybe not so good. And it’s very important to know about yourself through self PR. So you have to take some actions. Every week we come here to brush up self PR. And then, what do you think your life’s gonna be 1 year later!? Of course very different and much better .Since I’m a consultant, I have a lot of a knowhow of a how to show your item attractively, and how to draw attractiveness from them. And I can use the .same way on youself. Also, it’s very important to know other people’s Self PR. This is because if you are only looking yourself, can you know whether you are big or not? But if you have somebody to  compare, you can know more about yourself, too. This is the importance of self PR. When you learn this Self PR, it’s very important to have a place to speak it out. You can make it very smoothly if you have two things :.knowhows, and place and opportunity to speak it out .For example like how to ride a bicycle , read and learn cover to cover ,but can you ride actually a bicycle with that? No. You have to practice. Practice is very important. But unfortunately nowadays schools teach how to acummurate and memmorize things That’s a very sad things. We have very few opportunity in schools to speak out Self PR. So we make a opportunity to speak it out and practice it . If you learn quickly, your Self PR of a month ago , now, would very much improved. How many of you thought about your life purpose of your life why you work. We are born as human, so we want to have a human like life just like an enjoyable and exciting life. Then have you thought about how you can realize such life? .Are you living with significance of life? It’s very important to know about that.

Well this is for ladies, .but a day, your hair style is very good. But there is nobody who looks at you around you . What do you think ? You may be sad. In other words ,people feel significance of life when there is who looks at you or recognizes you. So firstly, you feel significance of life when he is approved and accepted by other people.

Secondly we feel significance of life when we are appreciated and thanked by other people.
Thirdly, we feel significant of life when we liked and loved by oher people we love . For example don’t you feel happy if your salary is good. That means your conmany is paying you your contribution in money. You are also happy when you get promoted too, because that means you are approved and accepted.

But the more important is that you are loved by people. So, in short, the three points : the acceptance, appreciation, and love are very important.
And here, we want to make a small point. These values in return for something. So, it depends on how much you accept, appreciate, and love other people. If you take these actions by yourself, people will come close to you.
So, what do you think a true love is? If you want to be loved, you must have power to love other people. So now, how much such power do you have? Do you usually talk about love? I don’t think you do. But it’s crucial to understand what a true love is. For example, parents love their kids. I think that is an origin of love. Don’t you think so? If your baby cries, do you get angry? No, probably you forgive him. If some drunk guy hits your face, you don’t forgive him and gets angry, don’t you? So, in that sense, to love is to forgive somebody. You should have power to forgive other people.
Let’s consider another example. Pattern A : you are waring suits at fifty thousand yen and in some Izakaya, some drunk guy spills beer all over your brand new suits. Then you get angry, don’t you? Pattern B : usually you wear a suits at one million yen. But a day, you happen to wear at suits fifty thousand yen and the same thing happens in Izakaya. In this case, do you get angry? No, probably you forgive him. In this sense, in this society of capitalism, the power to make money is very important, since it means to forgive somebody.
Nextly, why do you work? That’s maybe Because you have dreams, or become rich, or make a living. Well, we are born as a human, which is different from other animals, right? When we are born, we are given a role to play. But we don’t know what the role is when we are just born. So, here is a question, which do you choose? A live without finding out what the role is, or a live in which you find out what your role is and you live along with the role. Of course, the latter case would give you a great sense of satisfaction. But roles of lives have various patterns. Which do you choose; a role that contributes to the society, or a role that cause harm to the society. Of course the first one should be chosen, since it’s very productive. For instance, baseball player Ichiro and Matsui, probably began baseball as a hobby when they were little. But they found out that their role of live is to give dreams to baseball fans. In our daily lives, we can find a role of life in workplace, because that is where we are doing a productive activity. So, if you work hard while you are young, you have many chances of finding what your role is.

Well, then we want to move onto the next topic; What is a responsibility? Do you like responsibility? Maybe you don’t. Usually, responsibility is something that you want to stay away with. Then, do you know what a responsibility is? Probably you don’t, because you don’t know the thought of responsibility.
Do you like the word “freedom”? Probably you do. The sense of freedom is, that when you eat out, you can pay for what you have ordered. That’s the meaning of responsibility. Therefore, the more freedom you need, the more responsibility you should take.

In the meantime, to get up early is very important, as It means to live without wasting time, and to live conquering yourself.
If you find something to motivate you get up early, then you can do so.

It's totally different in living knowing all topics spoken today, and without knowing them.
And also you should find a partner who identifies with such idea.
When many people introduce yourself, they always talk about information and knowledge about their present and the past.
But you should talk about that in the concept level.
Nowadays our society is flooded with information, so people with a low concept level might get drowned in this flood.
It's just like jumping in the water without knowing how to swim. So you should learn how to swim and find the way you swim toward.
